Management

Property Management Service

Includes ‘guest service’ property checks on the changeovers, on call for your guests between the hours Mon-Sat 9am – 9pm, Sundays 9am – 1pm and resolution and onward communication of all issues with the property to the owner. Please ask for details for the full package and pricing.

Small Office Cleaning

We can work around your office hours accommodating your cleaning needs. Daily, weekly or monthly contracts available. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

Holiday Home Laundry and Linen Hire

We are flexible and do our best to accommodate your holiday home which includes our laundry, linen hire and ironing service. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements and we’ll be happy to be of service.

HMO Regular Cleans

We can offer a weekly / fortnightly / monthly clean for your HMO keeping the communal areas clean and fresh for your tenants. We take great care with attention to detail and have high standards of hygiene. Please contact us to arrange a quote.
